Every time I go to Inova Dental, I am always greeted with a friendly smile and the team always makes me feel at ease. Procedures are explained throughly and all my questions were answered. The staff ate extremely polite and attentive as well as gentle while performing procedures. What I like the most is the direct billing to your insurance, they take care of all the paperwork and relieve that stress for you. Abby is amazing she always takes the best care of my teeth, she always makes sure that everything is covered in my insurance beforehand eliminating any surprises of extra expenses at the end of the visit. 5 star service!

As someone who has severe anxiety and needing a lot of work on my teeth due to illness, I couldn't have found a better place than Inova. The staff are all extremely friendly and understanding of my situation and have been working with me since day one making sure that I am comfortable at all times. The hygienists are extremely compassionate and on the ball, making sure that the dentist is aware when I need a second to breathe and work through the anxiety.The level of patience and empathy that Dr. Louis displays is exceptional and someone I would recommend to anyone who has dental anxiety. Everyone is professional and welcoming, especially Sarah. She’s incredibly patient and super friendly with my father, and she truly knows how to deal with all people. My daughter recommended Inova Dental to me. I am so glad she did!! Abrar is AMAZING!!! She is an Angel. She is kind, understanding, sympathetic and will everything she possibly can to work with Dr Louis and the patient to work out an affordable treatment plan. They held my $1000 deposit for almost a year, and it was still there!!!!! No one is that honest anymore, but Abrar & Dr Louis and their AMAZING staff!! I will be forever grateful!

This was the best dental experience I had. The dental assistant Petra was so friendly and welcoming, she explained everything they’re going to do. Abby, the hygienist, was genuine and professional. She did a great job cleaning my teeth. I have a trip in a week and I wanted to get another teeth whitening session and a filling done before I leave. She was so accommodating and was willing to open the clinic early or stay after closing hours to work around my work schedule.

Had an incredible experience at Inova Dental. I had an emergency and spoke with Dr. Abby, who told me to come in even though they were about to close. They kept the clinic open past closing just for me, despite me never having been a patient before.
